ONE WEEK BEFORE THE SEASON OPENER!!!!!!!

Sunday, May 18th will soon be here, so hope everyone is ready to get back to Wagner Park!

Calling all the usual suspects, Calling all the usual suspects....LOL

I will be at the track a lot this week (around lunchtime), doing some "nickle and dime" stuff, so if you wanna stop by, post or message me....Time to un-vandalize Wagner.....Haaaaaa

We can always use some signage of "all types", so if you have something to donate, let me know. Metal signs are better, but any kind will do....

We put some up last season, but them monsters stole them....

BTW, stopped by the track earlier this evening and fixed the speaker wires, along with starting to fix the loop that got partially pulled up....New wire was soldered on, and just have to seal it....

Gonna be soggy the next few days, so hope I get lucky and get it done sometime this week....

Also built another beefier computer table and locked it to the fence....It's just a pallet with legs, so maybe it's ugly enough to be left alone....LOL

My man Mike Simpson stopped by and helped me dismantle the red and white outer board since it was falling apart, and hope to re-design another board....

Ray

I bought a decoy camera to install at the track. I can't be there during the week but I can be there Saturday if you need help.

I know that (along with real security cameras) sounds good to us, the "lawfull", but I used to belong to Lakeland Area R/C (airplanes) and they also have a fierce vandalism problem, and installed Sheriff's Department supplied, motion detected audio, and video cameras only to have them SHOT OUT (much like the light system at Wagner,LOL!)

Ray, do you need some screws and epoxy....let me know.

Ed, I bought a par of these cameras for another application and only used one. I will install it and see how long it last. it only cost me 10 dollars each.

Yes, but no where near as big as the last ones we used for the metal dividers....Just want to anchor some 4 X 4 timbers to the asphalt, to replace the old outer board.... Might even spike them in if we can make pilot holes first....

BTW, went to the track again today to seal the loop....

Wow Mr. hunter you have been reading my mind. so is 1/10 formula one 21.5 with rubber tires? and I will bring my 1/5 scale formula -1 car as well.

Are there any other classes running on "Opening Day" like VTA, 17.5 TC blinky, and hopefully 1/10 scale Nitro. J. Hunter if you have your 977 built bring it lets work out together.
