Do you happen to know which team powers tire it is? I messaged John but I think he's been busy and I wanted to get a set broke in for the ROAR race as working on most Saturdays prevents me from weekly races so I can't get down there until then.

The spec tires are to be purchased on the day of the event per rcsignup for the event.

they are the powers 34r. You do not need to break them in. They are the best on the first run.

Can someone tell me where we sign up for the ROAR region race? I don't see anything on their site or in RCSignup. John said he needed people to sign up to get counts for tires.

It looks like USGT is dying or dead

Can someone direct me to the rules for 21.5 spec touring?

Tires - John sells them at the track

bodies - Any touring body?

Anything else I need?

21.5 TC is basically Stock TC. Any ROAR approved T2 body, and any ROAR approved 21.5 motor. Same tires as other TC classes at Johns, the Team Powers 34 which John typically carries plenty of.

so from your USGT car you should only have to change the body and tires.

Default New

My plan is to come into town for the July 6th weekend. I'll be bringing my usgt and tc bodies but will need tires for the 21.5t classes. Will there be tires a available for that weekend? If so how much do I need to bring? Is there an power on site or will I need to hook up to much car? And is there a ride height for 21.5 tc? I think I saw somewhere 5mm for usgt. And is there a spec on gearing in the 2 classes? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get things together for that weekend and will jump into whichever class has people signed up. I've never raced on road so I'll try to stay out of the way.
