The photos posted is the prototype and test vehicle for team losi. As you can see, there are gonna be upgrades for the slider. The late model body will also be available. I will also take more photos and videos of the prodction kit.

You know.. thats about the same scale as a Tamtech. I wonder if someone could adapt one of the bodies.... Hmm...

yup...just like the bigger buggy-to-sprinter conversions...

This is the most excited ive been about a new r/c car in a while. I can't wait to get my hands on one. I was hoping though they would drive like a sprint car, meaning slideways, but none the less look like blast to drive. Thanks to Roger for the pics and video. My LHS is taking pre orders for $180 and have seem them in the $150's online when they get them in. Best bargain in rc racing in my opinion.

Are these sliders stock? If so maybe the springs are too light allowing the chassis to roll since it is top heavy and drive much like a offroad car. I too would like to see the rear end break loose and slide like the real thing. Maybe stiffer springs and different tires like on drifting sedans will let this happen. Dont get me wrong these are bad a##, but look like the mini-t pro class we have going at our local oval track.
