Been over a year since last ran in basement. Close to 100 1/10 races since then. Got a week to remember how to drive MiniZ.

It’s once again back to old tricks. Randomly jumps from screen to screen. Changes settings. It’s looking like Sundays return to 1/27 is going to be brushed cars only for me

Where do you get Kyosho radios repaired in the US? I spoke with KO Propo and they don't.

I’m pretty sure it’s the screen that’s bad. Acts like a button is sticking. This used to act up about every 3 months. Clean the connections. Then it work again for few months.

Problem is I can’t even find the screen for sale

Default MR-03, MR-03RS, and MR-03S2 ?

Hi All,
I would like to purchase my first 1/28 RC car, thinking to buy the Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03.

What is the difference between the MR-03, MR-03RS, and MR-03S2?

Would the Kyosho MR-03 RS Mini-Z Sports 2 ReadySet w/McLaren F1 GTR (White) & 2.4GHz Radio $129 (back-ordered) be a good first 1/28 car? Is it different than the other MR-03 ($179) ?

Thank you for your guidance and patience with my n00b questions.

Looking to buy the MR03 kit like this one, am wondering does the receiver inside this would work with the NOBLE NB4 radio with the FS-RM-005 module installed? Thanks

Yes that should work fine. I think there is some stuff to getting the radio updated that you will need to figure out.

Great thank you.....yes you need to buy that RM-005 module then update the received inside the MR03. I just want to make sure that car will work without changing to another receiver.

I’ve used about a dozen different brands. And have not really seen any difference. PN, Orion, Eneloops

Having great luck with Amazon Basics. They used to be cheaper but I still think they are a good value.

Oh sorry I now see you said "best". I dont know if these are the best (doubt it). But they are dang good. I've tried Peak, Speedhouse and various others and I think these have been as good as the others and have lasted longer so far.
