Dry metal shielded bearings are best. They stay clean the longest and requires least maintenence. Plus they can be found easily at a good price

we have had them over a week now...they are awesome. Kyosho has taken the mini z to the next level!!!
We raced them and the control and the glitch free operation is superb....
The controller is pretty kool too.....you willhear stories about reverse being hard to findbut if you read the instructions and set up your throttle trim you will have no problems....
The lemans bodies are weak....i reinforced mine wsome gussets and glue...
Now we are all running autoscale 94 and 98 mm bodies...
All I can say is if you get one you will be very happy.....

Hello today I ran my MR02 and it was good but we run a pretty small track that is RCP and has lots of 180s. I was wondering if somebody could post a really good set up that has lots of steering. If you could please tell me
-mid or rear motor
-front rims?
-front tires?
-rear rims?
-rear tires?
-Dampner disc?

-rear shock spring?
-Medal front end?
-caster?
-what motor?
-and so on

Thanks

hi bryan...

first thing i would do is to dump the stock tires and get good soft tires... this is usually the most overlooked thing... and is the cheapest to replace too...

good tires will definitely give you good traction....

if you don't have good tires, it won't make any sense if you hopped up your car with all the parts you can find... you won't be able to put all that power down... so go with tire selection first...

experiment with different makes... atomic, pn, kyosho... usually this will do the trick, and solve your spinouts...

if you want some steering, i would suggest getting steering knuckles with some camber in them... either 1degree or 2degree...

from there you can decide whether you want to spend some more on other parts...

you can have real fun with just the bare basic hop ups... in one car, i've changed the tires, got bearings, and changed the h-plate to carbon fiber...
and that's it...

it all depends on what you want to do... (oh yeah don't and don't forget to have while you're doing it)

hope this helps...

Hey Tim, do you know if the Dnano's are going to make it to the US? Also, any more information about the lap counting system they use (new version of CORE?).
