Mike your attention to detail and the quality of everything I have gotten from you so far means...whatever parts you make will be winners.....

the chassis syndrome as i call it will be a real factor.....original size is great for rcp and smaller tracks.....while the larger chassis is for the bigger/faster tracks.....this indoor season will be the come out time for the scalpel.....
in the big picture you might make 2 chassis sizes....

(3) tighten the dampening disks attached to the upper rear pod "dry"
(4) put a small amount of heavy dampening lube between the dampening disks
(5) with any of these combinations, try medium front tires
(6) play with the ride height
(7) approach corners wider (larger radius)

Let me know which one of these ideas work. I have a scalpel too and would be interested to hear which idea works best for you.
ok i will thanks

Default 4 cell vs receiver

Hi ,it is possible to use a Futaba R603FF receiver ( this is the 2.4G system) in the scalpel 4cell version?
If not what kind of receiver is suitable for the scalpel.

Thank you, Alain.

What model of receiver do you use in the scalpel chassis?

Default 4.8V

Hi ,it's work (R603FF) with the 4 cells 4.8V without problem ?
You don't have to put something with?
Because on the Futaba spec sheet is said to use it only with 6V configuration.

Alain.

DPowell makes some good stuff. He made some custom parts for me at a reasonable price. Very good workmanship! Motek(Exotek) makes good quality stuff, too!
