Hello everyone long time fan of the hobby and just now getting back into it. I recently fell off the deep end and ordered the new jaguar mini-z number 4 and got a NB4+ just because, why not lol. there is no local track, closest one is 2 hours away and they run twice a month , so i wanted to kind of get things together and ready before i make those trips. i did already order a t plate ,tires, wheels another body (toyota gt-one) to paint and beat up so i can model off the jaguar and keep it mint. I have a few questions. does the jomurema body fit the lm chassis? if it does do any of you have pictures of what is needed to make it fit or how it looks mounted, or is there any other hard bodies like that, that will take a beating. Im thinking i am going to buy a mm chassis later down the line but man did i got off the deep end, i was already looking at reflex chassis and the rc28 but i figured i will try to crawl before i run especially since there is not a track in my city other wise i would have a fleet by now lol. Im located in Tucson AZ and look forward to meeting new friends and chatting about a love only we can understand. Any recommendations for being new to mini-z are appreciated,if there is any underground tracks here in tucson let me know lol. thank you to everyone.

The Jomurema body is for cars with 98mm wheelbases, so it won't really fit your 102mm LM unless you swap an MM motor mount or sand out the rear wheel well to make room for a tire that is going to be 4mm further back. Not sure how long the Jomurema body is going to be available, seems like they are going out of stock everywhere. It is a good option for a tough body though! My first Mini Z was the Toyota GT-One and it has been pretty tough, I think the rear wing came off the first day I had it but has stayed on since I glued it.

If you are already off the deep end go ahead and order a Mini96 RCP track so you can compete with us on the Mini 96 World Challenge! Nothing helped me to get better as a driver as much as having a track in my basement to practice on as often as I please.

yeah i was already looking at the wide 96 track. we will be moving soon so i will get one then. the jomurema bodies are harder and harder to find i think im going to order a couple any way. thank you for the welcome, i have been on here looking for a 98mm car or even a kit car. i will be trying to make it out to the track out of town a few times i put batteries in my new car and had a blast just trying it in the house. i been watching to many videos im ready to race lol.
