Dampener (If applicable)- PN disc (both springs green), no top shock
Dampener Fluid (If applicable)- Kyosho 5k
Gearing- 14/53 Nexx lightweight ball diff
Notes- Messed with tires and gearing, settled back on a 14t for my fast run. Switched to taller rears and finally got a consistent run and a sub 3.0 lap. Also tried some different wings, not sure I noticed a difference, but had some faster runs with the pink one so there you have it.

Tires- PN KSM Medium front Marka V1RR15 rear 0/+3 offsets

T-Plate- NA (built to manual specs, no different parts yet)
Motor Mount- Stock
Dampener (If applicable)-
Dampener Fluid (If applicable)- Kyosho 30K all around
Gearing- 14/53
Notes - This car is so fun to push hard and rewards you with some really fast laps. Messed with tires, wings, servo location and rear droop settings. Think I got it dialed and got a really consistent fast run to end the month after I turned the throttle dual rate down to 85% and turned the drag brake off on the ESC (I think it was only 5% but made a difference). Fresh KSM fronts really seemed to work for me, had plenty of grip. Got some different springs etc. to try just yesterday but not sure I'm going to mess with it yet.

Notes - Red headed step child this month, almost wasn't even going to post/run this car after the first try or two. Dealt with steering issues for a while but I think I got it sorted on this chassis so switched back to it from my Evo. Just couldn't get the handling dialed in, steering went from lazy to picking up an inside tire and steering right into the wall with not much inbetween. Maybe next month I can figure it out.

Gearing- 12T
Note: 2 x 7+ second mistakes on lap 23 and 70 kept me from a 3:50 pace. Car was very fast but took a long time to test the Reflex tires and adjusting the setup. Changed to Reedy ESC and still figuring out optimal settings for M96. Biggest change was reducing droop and changing top shock spring to a softer white. This allowed a smoother entry into turn #5 before the straight. Also turned DR down to 60% to get more consistency.

Well another month flew by, and we had some good racing across the board, and WELCOME to the new racers (Smokey84, Chad Davis, and George.fs)!!!!
This layout is very unforgiving, so these fast times are incredible to see! Joel had the FASTEST 75 Lap Run of 231.948, and Eric had the FASTEST Single Lap of 2.780!!!! SMOKIN to say the least!!!!

To the new drivers, please post your times, whatever they are! It's fun for us all to watch your times melt away as you learn this challenging 1/28th scale racing! We have a GREAT bunch of guys, and we are growing, so holler with anything as someone can usually get you fixed up quickly!

I included a few runs that didn't have the Mini96 "form" included with the time post, or were early runs, (me included this month, sorry!). It makes it very tough to know/find what is going on (especially on FaceBook). So if we could PLEASE completely fill out the Form (Class, Chassis, tires, etc..) it will help me out to make sure to get everyone included with the correct times and info!! To make it easy, I have a file for every class in the Notebook on my laptop, and just cut and paste each month and change the few things I change month to month on the car, and it is quick and you also wind up creating a notebook you can look back on quickly for running similar or the same layouts later on!
Again, THANKYOU to all who ran and posted them up!!! We only get stronger with more drivers and you with the more laps you turn. CCW is a little bit easier on this layout, IIRC, so hopefully the clean runs will come more often!
I'm trying to figure out some things that will help me drive more, with my radio, so I hope to come back strong this month!!
Take Care and Drive Fast Yall!!!!

How's yall runs going so far this month?
Mine , just ok! I've been working on my Stock and Open cars so far, and most my runs have been in the 4:30 range with my fast lap of 3.20x seconds.
I can't get a clean run. The highest consistency I've been able to hit is 85%, when I can usually get in the low 90%s.
I'm going to keep at it, and probably try to slow down a click or 2 and try to get the cleanest run possible.
Good Luck Yall!

Made some progress the last two nights. Need to be a lot cleaner to match last months times, the cars are all driving better than the results so far. Kind of the norm though for me in the challenge just getting the rhythm down and then chipping away at times. I'm a second behind in box stock but my best run so far was kind of a weird one, felt like the batteries just kind of went flat a third of the way in. Might have been me just trying to stay extra clean and running a slower line but it was very consistent (but slower) so I just kind of finished the run and then was happy with the overall time.
Stock car seems fast but I'm stuck with multiple (sloppy) runs near the same time.
Got the diff rebuilt in my RX28 after dealing with corner exit issues. Just way to squirrely getting back on the power and I didn't get rid of it till I took the diff apart. The coating on the axle is worn off where the inside plate of the thrust bearing sat (the 3 piece kind, not sure how to explain), so I'm not what went wrong (my grease job or the thrust bearing itself. I swapped it out for a normal ball bearing just to try (since that is how my other ball diffs are) and it seemed fixed/back to driving well. Down to a 4:06 so still behind last month but improving. Haven't matched some of the fast laps I had going the other direction but the car might be a touch easier to drive at this point.
