Question about a possible bad cell.

I recently purchased a 4 cell race edition lipo, I have ran it approximatley 5 cycles, I have noticed one of the cells seems to discharge quicker that the other 3, I follow all the SOP on balancing, set low voltage around 3.2 per cell, tonight however I ran, and the battery died what seemed to be a bit quicker that the other cycles, when i went to charge the battery, cell 1 was at 3.13 volts while the others were significantly higher 3.83 on the remaining 3, I balance each time I charge, and every cycle thats been ran through this new pack, always cell 1 seems to die first, and its always way different than the other 3 voltage wise. I am very happy with the performace of the battery, but is it possible that one of the cells is grade b, or defective, how can I know for sure?
I use a hyperion charger, have tried multiple ESC's, still same results

Well I just wanted to update this thread, Max Amps had me send back the battery, and I spoke with Jeremy there who handles the repairs, they handled my issue quickly and promptly with sending me a new pack,
Just wanted to give thanks to the Max Amps people, I was a little concerned that this issue wouldn't be handled correctly, but they exceeded my expectaions, thanks max amps
