I know this probably has been asked about 100 times so I will ask again. Somebody gave me a method balancer with no directions How do I connect my battery to the balancer while charging?Am I supposed to cut off the alligator clips and install my deans there? I am new to the li-po world. How will I know when a pack is balanced? Thank you

Yes get rid of the gator clips and put on your main battery plug type. Plug it into your charger and then battery main leads and the balance taps. Charge away. When the lights stop flashing it is done working.
