Ok MARCCA off road guys. as of the end of last years points series there was a small 4wd buggy class as well as a small stadium truck class. What classes is everyone thinking about running or wanting to run this year besides 2wd buggy.

With the new trucks from Xray and PR Racing coming out, I'm thinking about getting back into stadium truck racing. Otherwise I'll have my 2wd SC truck. I'd also love to see a class of 4x4 SCT's since I really didn't get to use mine much before Clark closed.

Tuesdays and Fridays until offroad officially starts. Then back to Tuesdays and Sundays. We had jumps up from Late Tuesday until 6 on Friday and pulled them off for on-road practice. If anyone ever wants jumps, show up and put them down. It's still a full service club.

Supplemental Racing Ideas for fall: 2 heats and a main, or one heat and 2 mains on Thursday or Friday nights. 5 of any type is a class. I know big change over 3 is a class, but it should make for better racing and marshalling. $10 for club members, $2 for an extra class. We can decide on 6 min or 8 minute mains. We'd need to keep to a flowing pace and stick to the clock! Doors open by 5 or so and racing @ 7 sharp and 1 round per hour. Well be finished by 10. I'd like to see rookie (run what ya brung) and then 5 to 7 more heats/races for the hour.

- Basic Rules: Open Tire (Rubber or Foam); Open Motor; Open ESC; Front shock tower cover required

We are excited to announce the addition of Thursday night offroad racing at Marcca for the 2016/17 winter season. We have scheduled 17 Thursday races including a 8 week point series. Races will be 2 qualifiers and mains w/bumps. The track will open at 6pm with racing at 7pm.

- Rookie: This class is for new/beginner racers. Any 1/10th vehicle.
- Buggy Intermediate

- Wheeler (4x4 Buggy)
- 5 make a class

Basic Rules:

- Only 1/10th scale vehicles or smaller allowed on track.
- Any foam or rubber 1/10th scale tires/wheels.
- No motor limits
- No ESC limits
- Front shock tower covers required. (we will help you make one at the track)
- Must maintain a sportsman like attitude/demeanor at all times.


Sunday Onroad Racing:

- Onroad racing is every Sunday (Doors open at 10am Racing at 1pm)


Weekly Practice Schedule:

- Offroad: Wednesdays 6pm to 10pm (Starting Sept. 14, 2016)
- Onroad: Tuesdays 6pm to 10pm (Starting Sept. 13, 2016)
