Fall 2013 mini class rules

I have a ABC Hobby front wheel drive Grid mini 210mm wheelbase,ABC Hobby spec brush 27 turn motor,1250 G weight and stock 56mm kit tires.Can I race my car in your mini spec class? When will the indoor season begin and have you determined your new venue?
