thanks mga sir!!

so far main drive gearbox pa lang at electronics ang naikabit ko, medyo malalaki kasi yung hardware na meron ako, pinagpalitan lang kasi ito ng Heng Long Tank which I upfraded to better electronics, kaya may spare ako..

Mahirap pag planuhan yung blade elevation and angle, malamang elevation na lang muna ang pagaganahin ko

will keep you posted here.

I was able to secure the drive sprocket today with so many mods, due to lack of materials, I had to use an airsoft inner barrel as sleeve to couple the drive sprocket into the drive shaft.

In between the drive shaft and the drive sprocket is a silicone tube to act as slipper incase of weight over load, it has been forced-fit but not to tight.

Drive sprocket to track is the main problem, since there are no cogs on the drive sprocket and the tracks are made of rubber, the sprocket slips off during heavy load or action, often during turning where there is difference in track speed.

Here is a test run video:

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

As you can see, forward and backward drives are not a problem. but turning is a bit of a challenge (see 0:28) the traction of the rubber tracks adds resistance.

Next up? Blade elevation...

On a budget, go for Heng Long. 2.5K-6K (depending on your bargaining skills). Available in 168 in the divisoria area.Though they may be cheap, mind you, they are excellent platforms to deck out with details.

If your budget permits, you can also check out Tamiya. around 29K -> 50K. Available thru Lils. If I'm not mistaken, I saw a Tiger 1 and Leopard 2A6 in stock at Lils Makati.

Nice! You might want to try your hand in converting 1/35 scale plastic models to RC. Enjoy your M26! Keep us posted on your detailing.
