Yes, but since the suspension arms will be extended downwards, you have to trim part of the front upper arms so it will not rub against the thick outdrives of the TT01. Or you can just convert them to universals.

Coco,

Yes, if ever we allow brushless, the current silvercan rules will still be legal for 2013. So you can run either silvercan or brushless.

But brushless is still a big if. I will talk to all the rookies to get their opinion on the matter.

Ok. The Hobbyking trackstar motors are getting good reviews. Funny they look similar to Reedys. Their BL sensorless esc's are also dirt cheap but I will be concerned with their quality. Still prefer HW at the least or LRP's and Novak's if you can get them a cheap prices.

Are these the most cost-effective brushless motor packages out there?

3.5K to 4.5K per set may be too much for some. IMHO

Hi Guys,

Yes, no worries. What is legal for this year will still be legal for next year.

You will be running your 540 silvercan until ubos na yun brush. Hangang maging brushless na sya. hehe.

Yes, even for me P3.5k is expensive. Mr. Tipid ako when it comes to racing.

carlos, the amount being brought up is atually just the ceiling cap. you can buy a set as affordable as you want as long as you don't spend more than the stipulated cap.
