Yup, hopefully this plan pushes through. If it does, inaugural race will be free and I will invite all cebuano racers.

i just hope that all your plans pushes through and if you want a covered track i think that Piltel warehouse will be ideal enough Paseo de Santa Rosa is also good but you have to talk to the Greenfield execs since they own and the one renting the place one thing to consider though is traffic in that area specially when those service buses from the Technopark starts ferrying employees to and from their factories

Count me in as a member if ever this would materialized.
I live here in Sta. Rosa and I usually race in Sta. Cruz Laguna.
They have a GP club there named Laguna Racers. They have
about 9 active members. I already informed them of this thread
and ask them to log-in so that their opinions will be heard.
Presently they are much interested. They also have friends from
Batangas, which I think would also join us.

Thanks for the feedback Karaan.
If you are not part of the 4-man group from Sta Rosa then that makes 5 racers already from Sta Rosa.

Feedback from Laguna racers would indeed be very encouraging.

The most effective device on your hobby room is a secret camera.
You get to know your guest when they are alone.

IMHO, any hobby that is undertaken will take time, effort, and money. We, as nitro and electric hobbyists, race and practice because it's fun and we get to hang out with other people who enjoy it as much as we do. Having a place like what Jovy envisions will definitely be a BIG PLUS to all on-road racers out there.
We can all point out that it's far, it's expensive with regard to a combination of toll fees and track fees, and that not everyone can go every week.
BUT, again IMHO, if this pushes through as Jovy imagines it now, then we will have an on-road track that just might be as good as, or better than any other track in Southeast Asia.
The question is, do we love and enjoy our hobby enough to devote our time, effort, and hard earned money in making this envisioned world class track a reality.....
