Jun, Centerfire: Wala muna ako ipapalit. I'm so busy with work kaya sayang lang kung naka tamabak dito sa house yung mga gamit ko. I'm still keeping my ESC, chargers, powersupply, tools, etc. It's just the kit, batts and controller that I'm letting go. Actually, I would still want to keep the Pro4. Grabe ang pinagsamahan namin nung Pro4 ko. Also, na modify ko sya the way I wanted it. But still, I have to retire from racing muna. But I will surely be back next year. I am not getting a Cyclone or Cyclone S. Hihintayin ko na lang yung bagong shaft ng HPI/HB. For sure, ako unang kukuha pag lumabas yun.

FUTABA CUP ‘06
December 3, 2006
JP Raceway
Now on its 9th year, the Futaba Cup is the Makati RC Speedway’s (PS1) traditional year-ender race. The Futaba Cup is originally a fun race for all members of the Makati RC Speedway (MRS), but this year it will be open for everyone. The highlight of this race is the raffle of Futaba products, including the top of the line surface radio controller – the 3PK, and many other radios and high-end servos and other items will be given away, the most coveted of which are the Futaba stickers. The raffle will only be available to all members of the MRS; if you want to join the raffle head off to Lil’s Hobbyshop in Makati and apply for a new membership or for the renewal of membership for existing members. So we are calling all old friends and new ones to come and join us in this fun-filled race. We will have a food booth that will sell food and drinks all day, and of course our traditional drink – ice cold gulaman care of the Tamiya RC Racing School will be free for all. As a precaution from this unpredictable weather, we are moving the race to JP Raceway for a worry-free race, rain or shine.
MRS Membership: P 2000 one time fee for new members
MRS Membership Renewal: P 800/ year
Race Registration Fee: P 500
Additional car: P 150 per car
Racers with other-brand radio controllers are also welcome to join
Track opens at 7 am for practice sessions
Registration Time: 9:00 am
Race Start: 10 am
Race Format: 2 Qualifying, 3 Finals (point system)

As you have seen rules are relaxed, unlike the very strict Tamiya Cup rules we are all accustomed with because… this is the Futaba Cup.
The C-Mulator X racing simulator will also be there as a sideshow for the event. If you are a fan of the PS2 games like the Gran Turismo 4, Need for Speed Carbon, and TOCA 3, this is your chance to try these games out with the sophisticated simulator system.

so this means di na pwede gumamit ng lipo?
rated at 7.4volts kasi ang lipo (2 cells @ 3.7volts per cell = 7.4v) vs 7.2volts for 6-cell sub c packs (6 cells @ 1.2v per cell = 7.2v)
