-any cheap pipe or inline pipe...
-any used but gud condition universal starterbox
-550 motor na pwede sa qworlds universal starterbox...
-any cheap v1r kit pang spares lng ko toh...
-AE NTC3 kit with spares...

- bumper plate --- fabricate one using 1/2-inch alumnium using your old bumper plate as a template. if you find it too heavy.. use fiberglass.
- inline pipe --- fix the existing one you have by bringing it to an aircon technician who does alumnium welding in your area..
- spares --- fabricate arms out of engineering plastic and re-inforce it with epoxy and a single layer of fiberglass. you could have a competent engineering outfit in cebu do that (one that does CNC would be best). the upper deck could be fabricated out of alumnium or brass, so as the lower deck.
