Sa budget na target mo, I think mahihirapan tayong makahanap para sayo lalo pa what you want ay competitive kit.

Siguro, tingin-tingin ka muna sa http://towerhobbies.com so you'll have an idea on what you're getting into. You also have to consider some maintenance cost for your kit dahil somehow part will worn-out and break down. Most of us start on a lower end kit like my TB01 but ending up with a high end one. Sabi ko din noon, tama na sa akin yun...

Thank you for all the leads. Given budget restrictions, I think I'll start with the more basic ones and I will see from there if I will go deeper into the hobby. In that case, I think the best thing to do is to buy online. I will look at rcmart.com to see how it is done. If ever, ngayon pa lang ako mag-oonline transaction. If anyone won't mind, madali lang ba magpasok ng mga kits and everything related to it dito sa Saudi using rcmart? Meron na ho ba ditong nag-online na sa rcmart? How many days does it usually take to receive the order? Thank you very much.

I don't have problem ordering with rcmart, also it takes more or less 2 weeks for shipping. I just pick up my items in Agrabiyah Post Office, using my company PO Box. I would recommend also you get the Internet VISA Card for safety reasons, it only allowed maximum purchase of SAR2,000. Maybe you can use also Western Union. Cheers.

Basically what would happen if you are a beginner getting into this hobby is you're thinking that the basic (cheaper kit) will make you satisfied... but if you are going to enter the competitive area of racing... you will be wanting more from the kit. So if you're goal is to race, try to get the best equipments that your budget will allow, even if it means buying the second hand (used) equipments from racers, mostly you can get that for half the original price... check ebay or manila rctech for sale thread.
