QCRCCC is doing a great job.
13 years of continued healthy club existence in ONE discipline (off-road).
5 years running a National race plus countless other big and small electric/nitro races at their old and new track and other tracks.
Nobody can claim to be better for our off-road hobby whether electric or nitro.
More power to them.

Come october 17. I wish everybody luck and i pray for good weather pra whole day of fun and racing. Sa lahat ng organizers keep up the good work. Kung may gusot ayusin kung hindi kaya humingi ng tulong. Always make the natl better the year before. Mahirap talaga maging organizer but somebody have to do it.

Isang request lang mga organizers. Paki damihan naman ang pictures para dun sa mga hindi makakapunta at least maramdaman namin ang init ng bakbakan nyo. God bless po and see you on next years natl.

i just want to add, in my own way, consider our fault a small glitch that
can be remedied/rectified that in the end won't hinder you guys from
joining the Nationals. think of it on a positive note that you have another
week to tune your kit, and engine as well.

end of september last month, i've hinted outlaw that the Nats for the nitro
will probably be october and it might co-inside with his planned team race.
outlaw replied "no problem, flexible kami". with that in mind we tried a more
earlier playdate to avoid the team race organized by outlaw. but, sad to say,
we had to delay the Nats by a week, that we all now are frowning about.

you've seen us organized the Nats for you, nitro guys, and i'm pretty
confident that most of you dont' hold a grudge against us....
(i think i still owe one guy an apology from a past national)
and are satisfied by the way we run the nationals......till now.
we are all friends among friends and i know for one that we can set aside
our differences and work for that commomn goal......and that is.......
the success of the 2010 Nationals.

our club have away from the nitro seen this year, unlike the other year
that we use to hold back to back races, electric in the morning and
nitro in the afternoon. again, due to the construction of the circulo verde
racetrack. i would like to see those days back again, although very
tiring, still a fulfillment to see you all in action. so probably, some new guys
don't know us and see our presence in the nitro scene.

having said that, i am hoping that next year, we will hold again those
days.

i hope to see the best of the best on october 17. please mark your calendars.

hector coronel
race director

early last september nag post ako ng announcement about the nitro team race originally set on oct 24 and nov 21..honestly, nung nagplano kami about the team event hindi namen naisip about the nationals.. siguro kasi on or about that time e hindi pa napag uusapan yon or walang recent announcement about it, at wala rin nakapag remind mula sa aming mga naguusap while we were conceptualizing the team race..

then nung umatend ako ng ep race, my attention was called at sinabi saken na magkakaron ng nationals this october..so i immediately apologized as we were not able to consider it and told them no problem kami ang mag aadjust kasi importante ang nationals, and requested na sana ipost agad ang sked ng nationals, and they did post it the following day as promised..so nag adjust kami ng team race sked.. then may konteng adjustments ulet sa nationals sked so nag edit ulet ako ng post to also adjust the team race sked...

it is a given that all race organizers, as much as possible, are trying to avoid holding races on consecutive weeks for several obvious reasons.. even this club observes such a practice.. so i really felt offended dahil halos isang linggo na lang before the nats e binago na naman ang sked, worse, makakasunod pa ang 1st leg ng team race..

pwede namang magchange ng sked kahit big event like the nats, pero kung malapit na yung date it can only be changed for extremely important reasons..the organizers are expected to consider that the racers have already marked said date and other events on their calendars..but apparently, as initially posted, it was the postponement of the warmup race that has caused all these mess..

i may sound repetitive pero my only point is why let the orig sked be affected by that warmup? dati naman walang warm up, pero ok lang mag warm up kung hindi magagalaw yung nats date.. sori to say pero no-bearing event naman ang warm up at hindi yun pre-qualifying or prerequisite para makasali sa nats.. so if mother nature decided to prevent the holding of the warm up, then it should be dispensed with and pray for a good weather on the scheduled nats.. your concerns on the software etc are only appearing now.. and i believe, with all due respect, it can be addressed without overhauling the skeds.. pero kung sa tingin nyo ay talagang kelangang ilipat ang nats, dapat medyo nilayuan nyo ng konte ang petsa, say november or december to give ample time to adjust our calendars..

so, ano po ang politika sa mga punto ko??

thank you for reading

Emer, ish, hector and the QCRCCC club
Good luck in the Nationals that you are hosting
I have read here, conditions not under your control have changed the dates and now racers are complaining
You can not make everyone happy. Just schedule it as you think is right for the club. test the software and make the nationals successfull
I applaud you guys for being dedicated in hosting the nationals and it looks like you guys have been doing well having the nationals for 5 years and now having your own racetrack too

I do advise testing the race program and software in a warm up race
You will learn alot from it and it will make the National race run smoother
It is not easy running a race as complicated as what you guys are running in the nats
Good luck to you all
I would like to sign up for Nitro buggy and truggy

Good luck too to the Phil team racers going to Thailand
hope they can represent the Phils well
Thanks

Please have a Truggy race! I think there are about 15 (including myself) already who signified their interest in the class http://www.rctech.net/forum/manila-r...nite-1231.html

on top of that, I believe there are 4 more who have/just built/will be building D8Ts (RJ, AJ, Robert, Garet).

If you need help organizing, I volunteer!

Let's come on it!

P.S. - Thanks to all the organizers, track owners, shop owners, mechanics, technicians, and racers in on-road, off-road, electric and nitro, that I've come across in the short time since I've returned to the hobby.

It is the atmosphere of camaraderie and spirit of bayanihan (like Mikey and Gerry who first help me set up my TCs, or Clemen and Doc Lo who lent me an engine in my first nitro race -- when they hardly knew me!) that I love about the sport. (It definitely ain't the pit girls, kasi wala akong nakikitang ganun!).

Let's put this behind us and keep the good times (and RCs) rolling!

kaya ko binura kasi ayoko na rin lumaki pa to bradir. i'm sure everyone will also appreciate your forbearance on the matter.

tutal naman nasagot ka na ni stealth, pa-register ka na earlier so you can avail of the discount sa nationals para makamura ka bradir.

Ha ha ha. Amen to that.

I wont be able to make it on the 17th. Okey lang yon. Sometimes Schedule needs to change and No ones at fault here. Much as I want that the Nats would push thru sa Sa October 10 para makasali ko but syempre kung di pwede, di pwede.

I remmembered medyo magulo nga last year yung xmass tree format. Two heats lang ata ko nakatakbo e. Ban ban kasi ko mag maneho at dina daga hehehe. Xmass tree format are for the best of the best. I would definitely watch the finals though.
