On 04/08/09,i order an ep car item on line from them.I receive the package on yesterday noon 07/08/09.After open it,i found the item different than they post in their webside for sale which got 3 parts but i got 2 only.The worst thing is that i order the HPI parts but get Tamiya parts.I call them but they give an excuse with not reason answer and opinion.What should i do.I'm from JB.

They said they clearing their stock.The item post inside their webside not the correct one.If want to get the third part must make another payment.There want me to go there or send the item for exchange.What is the cost to go there and if i sent there for exchange,i must make another payment for the item to get it working.

Judging from your statement alone....they should be fully responsible for sending U the items that are different from what their website says. If I buy from www.ebay.com and pay using Paypal.....I will get full refund from Paypal plus the shipping cost if I received items that are significantly different from their advertisment and the seller have to deal with Paypal.
It happened to me once and I received my full refund of USD170 in 2 months time..credited into my credit card balance. The seller will then have to answer to Paypal for their mistake..maybe have to pay some penalty $$.
