How will it all happen on Sunday? At that point the race will need to be rescheduled. I know a lot of people will be upset to pay $120+ in entry fees for no practice and only a 1 day event.

I think it should have been rescheduled right after all the rain came. I can see some people getting really angry that something this big is going to be crammed into a day or two. A lot of people have paid a lot of money.

There is an incredible amount of work being done to try and make this thing happen.

We under stand that there is alot of work going in to the track. It's the night before the race and no word at 11:00 pm from the race promoter. Every one would like to know first hand what going on. I paid for 3 days of racing not what ever can be fit in the race should have been called days ago. We all won't what we paid for any word would be nice.

I know a lot of people are volunteering to get the track ready and do as much as they can.

As to whether it should have been rescheduled or not, well... I don't know. I'll just keep that opinion to myself.

I do agree however that communication has not been good about what is going on and what the plans are/is. I only have a clue as to what's up that's second and third hand from friends.

This is what I talked to Matt about on the phone earlier. He plans on starting practice at 7am Saturday morning until 12pm - 1pm and running 2 quals. Sunday will finish off the 3rd qual with mains!

Absolute worst
case would be doing everything on Sunday just like our RC pro state race held in Porter. But luckily the Dialed program will be 3-4 hours shorter because there are no Pro mains!

Lets all head out and have FUN!!!!!!!!!! See you there!!!!!

This will be a 1st class race. I was upset that more communication was not given but the race will be awesome, really only thing that will be loss is a bit of practice time.I drove to the track and left at 1:00am and local guys are turning the track so that JC will have something to work on in the morning. Puddin and all involved have put 100% into this and have had almost every possible obstacle put in front of them and still they are going to be putting on a great race program.

Doing everything on Sunday is a terrible idea. Most people work on Monday and have long drives home. RC Pro is on Saturday. RC Pro one day races run smooths because that is how they are originally setup to be held. There are no Pro Mains but there is a buggy and truggy invite. So unless that class is dropped, it won't be 3-4 hrs shorter.

Default rain

Hey guys come on and lets show some support here. We all know by now it can rain out any out door event in the rc world. I am confident that if they thought it was going to rain this much they would have cancelled. But it was past the point of no return by the time it stopped. Based on all report rain was going to be done on monday.
Mother nature dosent race rc so she dont care. I am 4 hrs away and headed that way to one of the best races of the year. If ur going to race outdoors, get over it. If you cant, im sure theres some carpet track you can hang out at

Sorry if I offended anyone...just my 2 cents worth!

There is absolutely nothing you can do about mother nature. Let's support Matt and everybody that has been working their asses off and go race! So what the program will have to be squeezed into 1-1.5 days, Its still going to be an awesome race!!
