brad lets make this as easy as we can there are more important things to worry about than non members voting. dustin that is a great ideal. lets have the vote at the track this thursday. most people are there. the important thing is to get these places filled so we can move on with our club.if carpet is going to survive we must stay focused and have strong leadership

If it will help to the club I will throw my name in the hat for whatever position where I may be needed. I think that we all have a strong desire to see the club succeed and continue to grow but if we don't get a good strong base and steady leadership then we are destined to fail. I belive that with the great group of people that we have in our club, and outside support from people like our friends in Dallas, if we establish a well organized system now for doing things and set some clear goals then we can achieve alot here, and see our club continue to grow..... Johnathan.

There are several members with strong opiniions that never make the
meetings. I'm in favor of a meeting.

Time for a meeting.

Make your vote on the way out when the meeting is over and all items
discussed.

Track Location - Money to support it.
Buying track material - Carpet, stand, boards, etc from C.W.
Duties of the elected officers
April fun race
ETC.........

Do you think that we could get a meeting together sometime this week. Also would be a good time to plan when regular scheduled meetings could be, that way everyone will know ahead of time every month. What about like Tuesday or wensday this week, we could setup a meeting for around seven. What does everyone think??

Thumbs up

OK Dustin and Jason I get both of yalls points ... yeah I haven't been to a meeting or the last one but that does not mean that I will never be at one. It don't matter to me if we have it at the track or at a restaurant my hole thing is that we need to get the ball rolling. We have a set date and time now and that's all I was trying to get at. So Dustin and Jason yall may rest yalls minds now on making the point that I haven't been to a meeting.

Hey SupaD whatch ya got to say to that? Don't remember seeing you
at any meetings.

Will be there Tuesday at 7:00. Will there be list of people who was
nominated and agreed to accept the position IF ELECTED on the site
prior to the meeting? No need to vote if they turn it down.
