Are you guys drifting these outside? Any good?
I like these cars have covered spurgear, makes them good outside at parking lot
also drifting outside at parkin lot
Is this TRX good drift with?
easy set up? tune ?
Is there any adjustable Linkage kit you can buy to this?
When will TRX make these adjustable from box?

Basically anything my countersteer drift car could do. With practice, I could with both the 4Tec and the Vaterra V100.

Depends on what someone defines as drifting. The brushed actually works ok as a 50/50 drift car. Most consider drifting as just sliding around or spinning in a circle.

Not 100% serious indoor drifting no.
Im thinking outside, decent drifter, cones and things.
Maybe 3s combo. Drift 2s with drift wheels, then have foams or rubber 3s bashing at parking alot faster.
50/50 decent drifter outside 2s driftwheels, decent bash 3s foam or rubber wheels. , 1 car that does both decent.
Covered spurgear is a must, and some groundclearence.
I did Fail BIG when i did try drift with pure Competition TC Carbon Car outdoors ,
These are way too low, and open spurgear is bad outside also because tiny stones strip it.,
I did destroy the carbon chassis also, sprugear, in couple minutes.
Expensive fail.

I would love drift indoors, During winter if it was possible here. i have couple nice indoor drifters from Yokomo and Team Magic, these are shelf queens because they are carbon and very low with open spurs.
They dont handle outdoor drifting at all, these are pure pro indoor drift cars.
I will try my new AK917 Rlaarlo with drift wheels soon outside. This got alu chassis , enough ground clearence, and covered spur.
I Believe 4wd is best outside at asphalt.

As I live in AZ and we are about to get hot, I've been considering inside options as well. I have a small 10'-ish area in my apartment that seems to be the perfect small drift arena. Would a RWD work better ant slow speeds in a small area or does 4WD work better for tighter spaces?

I tried RWD drift. Just never got it to work. Had a Sakura D4. Countersteer or 50/50 drift worked fine in small spaces

Actually scratch that, I just put them in the cart again and they now do ship to US, score.
