Depends on what you want. You can use a set of new tire, camber gague, ride hight gauge and a flat surface to do the setup. Later, you may want to get a set of setup wheel, down stop gauge, setup board, etc .... If you want to buy all the setup stuff, it is cheaper to buy a setup system (like hudy). I'm currently using a the ride height gauge, camber gauge, setup wheel and a table. It works pretty fine and I don't find a need for a whole setup system.

Yes and No. (Yes) I have got the MY02 from Tech. (No) But I returned to EP not because of it. It's because I have sold out all GP.
