That space screams for a huge clay oval, maybe set up some bouys int hat pond for some boat action. Build a big ass clay oval with the offroad track in the middle. Having built a dirt oval myself, just a tip....before planning the track, plan the drainage, otherwise you'll sit there and look at a wet soggy track when it is cold, freezing temps are a nightmare for a wet track.

wow, that is a heck of a nice area you have to use, take advantage of it, build a big wide lane offroad track. Love the natural elevation changes also. You could make a very large track and lay it out in a way that you can also cut across at a section to shorten it up if you wanted. Either way, if you build it, guys will come, I would be willing to drive out from just north of ATL to play/practice and pay

I'll build the track for free, just sign over the deed to half the land.

Wow! Dirt, always a plus, clay, for the LTO guys, water, it makes the boats go better, portapotty, need I say more! The only thing left would be a vintage mx track. Old guys, you won't even know they were there. Nice place.

Sounds like a good name for the 1st race. I'll paint the winner's name on one of the outside walls where their name will live in infamy.
