looking for racers in my area.
 

I plan to build a off road track for me and my son,possibly Open to the public for a small donation of coarse;), and would like to get a feel for the interest in my area.I have the land,dirt,and equipment but would like to get some input on the size of the track to build.I know i want 14ft to 16ft wide lanes so it would be good for just about any size car.track size is not a prob.I can make it as big as i want.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. It will be located in the villa rica/New Georgia area

I live near cedar mt rd in douglasville and I drive a hour to hour and half to the closest track. If you build one I'll come

the track would not be far from you.it would be located off of friendship church road.:p

The zip 30180.The plan right now is to have the track built for spring and run for fun this summer on the weekends.If the rc track gets old we will just take the bulldozer to it and turn it into a go cart track for me,my son and my stepfather:D!

thanks thumper.What i may do is get a few guys together to come and check out the place and get some opinions on what to build.As soon as this weather/rain moves out i will take and post some pics of where i want to put it on our land.I got the location picked out,now its just planing and then fire up the tractor.

Me and 2 other guys live 15 miles from new hope we have been hoping for a local track that we could go to and practice and hopefully race .

Took a few pics today of the area to build the track in.please keep in mind that this is a project and may take a little while to complete!the plan right now is to start digging in the dirt around mid/end of march or the first of april depending on the weather.
