301 Raceway & Hobby
#46
general info
I am hoping to make it up there this Saturday, 5/31 (you are racing right?)
Wanted to see what the turn out has been for these classes at any races since the grand opening.
1/10 Stadium Truck
1/10 SC 2wd stock or mod
1/10 4x4 buggy
1/10 4x4 SC
I generally only run 2 of the 4, and would prefer to stick with either 2wd or 4wd, but no problems running one of each.
Any tire recommendations? Are there any for sale there?
Thanks! hope to see you Saturday...

Great racing last night! Thanks to everyone who came out.
This saturday is going to be the last race day on this current layout. After racing we will be taking up the pipe and preparing it for the layout change.
We will be closed Sunday, and Monday for sure while doing the change. Possibly Tuesday as well. Our main focus is to have the track ready for Wednesday racing!

Had a great time today! Track is awesome, Track crew did a great job. Lots of traction, and not much tire wear. I will definitely be back to race again.

Raceday tomorrow!
Doors open at 8am
Racing starts at 1130am
3 qualifiers and mains!
Incase you missed it tomorrow starts the 301 Raceway & Hobby TQ Challenge.
How the TQ Challenge works:
We take $1 from every entry. Before the start of the A mains the TQ holder of the biggest class has the option to take the TQ Challenge. ONLY the TQ is inverted to the rear of the field. If that driver drives to the front and wins he takes home the prize pool. If he takes the challenge and does not succeed the prize pool rolls over to the next club race. This continues until it is won. Then the next club race we will start a new prize pool.
All track staff is excluded from this prize which includes. Jim Andersen, Nelson Marsh, Justin Perry, and Myself.
Also if a staff member TQ's, 2nd place has the opportunity to take advantage of the challenge. This is the only exception to anyone other than the TQ having the chance to take advantage of the challenge.
If the TQ of the largest class chooses not to take the challenge then the pot then rolls over to the next club race.
see you guys at the track!
