Great night of racing. It was nice to see some new faces at the race. We also had a couple Village Legends (Mike, TJ) sniffing around, contemplating comebacks. Thanks to everyone that came out. Our next race is Saturday, September 8th.

We arrived at the track early this afternoon and were greeted with dark clouds above and rumblings of thunder off in the distance. However the weather forecast's promise of rain never materialized and we did not see a drop of rain all day. Unfortunately the forecast kept most racers away, which produced a light turn-out. So we ran an informal race program with lots of practice and multiple heads-up races. The overcast weather provided a relatively cool summer day, which made for a pleasant day of racing. Thanks to everyone that came out. Next month we'll return to our normal race schedule, which is the first Sunday of the month (10/7/2018). We look forward to seeing everyone next month.

What tire works good on your track, I went out there Friday and it was like I was driving on ice so I had to test out my drifting skills. I picked up a used tc7 wanting run 17.5

If the track is not prepared it will not be drivable. When prepared you will traction role

It’s a painted surface, you cant drive on it until it’s sprayed. The Spec Tire for 17.5 is Team Solaris 36J (S-T36JGM4W). You can usually buy them on race day at the track.
