This is just a joke...

Your too funny man. Be aware I heard a Mongoose is in the pits to take care of the Snake Pete's driving. With no engine this weekend, I don't have much for anybody. Being that DJ has this one in the bag, basicly all he has to do is register to win the points series. Congrats DJ....

Well I am all packed and ready for the trip. Looking foward to seeing everyone.

Don't forget for those who can not make the trip. We will be doing Live Scoring and Video. Just go to forgass.com for the links as always.

Remember I will need to know if you will be attending the "Sour Grapes" Award dinner. If you are bring a guest I will need to know that also.

Karla will have a sheet with names on it for the Dinner.

Thanks to all who showed up for the final points race of the 2008-2009 Forgass State Series held at Homestead R/C Raceway over the past weekend.

We were witness to some great racing in all the classes, even if the weather was a bit hot! Of special note were the A Mains, where both top qualifiers in each class survived strong challenges to end up winning their mains.

Congratulations to both A Main winners:

a) 1/10: Chris Tosolini – Winner & TQ

Car: Kyosho RRR Evo
Engine: Sirio
Fuel: J Tech

b) 1/8: Lazaro Alonso – Winner & TQ

Car: Mugen MRX-4X
Engine: JP
Fuel: J Tech

I would like to thank the entire crew from Homestead RC Raceway for an excellent job this past weekend. You guys have always done a great job.

Thanks to all the racers for putting on a great show. Qual times and mains were very close.

Congrats to Chris Tosolini and Lazaro Alonso for there TQ's and A-mains wins in the .12 Sedan and 1/8th Open classes.

Congrats to our Series Champions for the 2008/09 season. D.J. Apolaro for winning the .12 Sedan. Paolo Morganti for winning the 1/8th Open.

Our awards dinner will be at Nestor's Restaurant Saturday May 2nd. Hopefully everyone gave there meal choices to Karla. If not either call, pm or email me your choice.

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me this year. To many people to mention. Hopefully next year my legs and health will be better.

Ok pics are posted here: http://picasaweb.google.com/dlarry62
