Roar Region 4 Warm up Race
Saturday Aug. 15th
Open Practice 7:00am to 9:00am
Qualifiers Start at 9:30am
Mains usually strat around 1:00pm

Do to the rain yesterday and today we are unable to be ready by Saturday. Sorry for the inconvenience. It will be a fun race on Sunday for sure.

Track looked gnarly today for the ROAR race with all the previous rain. The roof over the driver stand looks grreat. All the guys out there do an great job. I will finally have a truck to race now haha

Endurance race for Short course or nitro buggy/truggy?

This will be a nitro enduro, but short course enduro not a bad idea.

In August there was several guys that really busted their butts to help get the track ready. To show our appreciation, We want to cook you lunch and open the track for practice.

For our friends and supporters that wanted to help but was un-able to, you are welcome also.

Practice all day and eat lunch 9/6/09.
Track help = FREE
Friends & Supporters = $10

Please bring your secret family recipe for a covered dish for everyone to share. I will bring hotdogs, burgers, trimings, chips, soda, and a few other beverages.

Note: All $10 fees collected will go towards upgrading the timing system.

Come on out and have some fun. It should be interesting, I haven't been on a track in three months. I will be testing the wall structures for sure.

What time in the morning will this event begin ? This enduro sounds pretty exciting, I saw a 45 min main for the first time at the region 4 race and that seemed like an enduro in itself.

Around 9:00am should good. That 45min main was awesome for sure. Some big races have 60min mains. How much do you want for the sc10?

Also I will clear the track through out the day for short course and electric practice.

Hey Andy, I really need drive time on my Slash for that upcoming shortcourse series because i havnt even been to a track with it, How much will you be clearing the track because thats all i can bring that day

Big thanks to all that came out yesterday. We raised $100+ towards the timing system upgrades. Thanks Katie Renshaw for the tastey salads. Thanks Laura for doing the cooking on the grill.

I'm glad to report that the wall structures held up to my poor driving skills. I was able to see a few areas on the track that needs to be corrected. I will make these corrections before our next race 9/19.

I hope to see everyone at the fun day race.
