Awesome weather forecast this weekend. Starting out in the 40's but warming up to mid 70's.

Sounds like a good turnout this weekend. Some of the gang rolled in last night. I look forward to seeing everyone. It's has been 3 weeks since our last race. The new layout is fast and technical. Lap times should be in the high 20's and low 30's.

Bobby Phillips At Jab Graphix has done a awesome job on the awards. The ton 10 in 1/8 Buggy, 1/8 Truck, Monster Truck and the top 5 in Pro Buggy and Gas Truck will receive a award.

Yeah, I won the BR50, thanks Andy for a great track to race on and all the prizes you gave out all season long. Outacontrol Raceway has my vote of the best track in Central Florida.

Round 8 (finals) of the Ultimate Audio Off Road Racing Series was AWESOME!! With 70+ entries, 45min. Mains, and the weather couldn't have been better.

The Sun was wearing these guys down as they race hard in the 45 minute 1/8 Buggy and 1/8 Truck "A" Main. Several Racers had mechanical issues but speedy pit crews kept them on the track. It was amazing to see these guys working together in the pits. A couple of times I thought the race was over for a few guys. But with in minutes they were back on the track racing for position. Hats off to all you guys.

The Monster Truck Racers had thier work cut out for them with JJ Turk on the track. Even thow thier main was only 20 Minutes these 1/10 scale trucks took a beating on the big jumps. Monster Trucks "ROCK".

What can I say about Gas Truck. These guys racing on a track that was beat to death by the 1/8 scales. I must say it was the most fun I had all day. A up and coming champ Jovan Cruz ( Walters Son ) showed us old guys how it is done. Jovan laped the field not once put twice in a 20 minute main. Keep up the good work Jovan.

The new Short Course Class was a hit. These truck beating and banging on each other at every turn. Clearing the big jumps with back flips and nose dives. I can see this being the next big class added to every race even. Clearly rubbin is racing.

THE DASH FOR CASH AND AWARDS CEREMONY IS CANCELED

SEVERAL SPONSORS HAVE REQUESTED THAT I CHANGE THE AWARDS CEREMONY TO THE SEASON OPENER ON MARCH 7TH, 2009

Something to think about before March 7th Round #1. I held up making
my schedule waiting for FSORS and Pro Series to make their schedule.
After FSORS made their schedule and Pro Series said there wouldn't be
a eastern div. race in Fl. I set my schedule. I even contacted these
series asking if they are changing their schedule. I have always raced
the 1st and 3rd Sat. I did change that around FSORS in May. But now
they have both scheduled a conflict. In all fairness to you the racer
I am willing to change my schedule.

I will be taking a vote by paper ballot on March 7th asking you if we
should change the schedule.

Please note: I am not concerned about loosing racers to these race
dates. My concern is the frustration this causes you to have to miss a
race you want to participate in.

I just got a sample from Bobby @ Jab Graphix for the new race awards. The top three winners of every class will receive a award at each round of racing. They are about three times bigger then the one we had the last series (4"x6"). The awards will be mounted on acrilic and will have velcro on the back. Another Awesome job by Bobby.

Hey
We were thinking about driving over on the 21st and run with you guys. Can you tell me the basics, cost, what time do we need to be there ect.

Also what are the 1/8 Corr rules. I have a Losi 8 that I converted. Are there any motor rules ect.
