Karlton,

Tony here - Gotta tell ya - that is one SICK radio! Got it going on the Savage.

If anyone is in South Florida (Dade/Broward) and wants to have a peek, send me an email/pm, and we'll set something up. Currently got it instaleld in a Savage witht the temp sensor, and getting a car ready to put a second Rx into. What I have is a v2 system, latest release firmware, smaller v2 receiver.

I run mine in a JRX-S and will be putting the system in a Jato I'm building for my local hobby shop to run dirt oval with. I plan to setup the temp sensor and fuel sensor in the truck.

Any hobby shop that deals with HRP or Great Planes is a dealer.

Ran my radio last week again in touring car. 3rd time using it and it just gets better. I have had no real problems radio wise. Just learning all the stuff it can do if I want to mess with it more.

So, when's the ability to talk to DSM recievers going to be available?

Also, how about a non-telemetry or micro sized reciever for 18th scale?

Default warranty

What do you need to register for the warranty on these. I want to buy one of these off Ebay, but I want to make sure it will still be covered under your warranty. Does it need to be purchased from an authorized seller?

Thanks

Pretty sure as long as it is brand new and been unregistered you will have the warrenty. Not sure but I think when you register your radio the warrenty would kick in.

Boy I would like the smaller reciever with out Telemetry for my 1/12 scale. Temp on the motor was ok, but size and weight is everything in these cars.

I now have it mounted in my Kyosho Evolva 2005 1/8 gas on road, Mugen MTX-3 1/10 Gas Touring, Corally C-10X Pan Car and Corally 12M Euro.

Everyone asks how I like it and since running from last September it has been flawless. I now have sold all my other radios! 1/8 Gas track 140 x 250 and no loss of signal. I did however increase the transmitter batteries to 5 cells, so I still had a strong signal. Help 2 weeks ago as I won the B and bumped to the A. Total run time 50+ min and still had good voltage.

FYI - if you need to (or accidentally) shorten your receiver antena - not an issue, ask Nomadio for the procedure.

Where can I try a nomadio in Arizona? Are any of the top racers using this radio?

Can't answer for Arizona, however IMO Unless Nomadio goes and sponsers racers, the top drivers already have there radios given to them, so they will not change unless a better deal comes along.

And we all know they have to look COOL, Sensor is COOl by being different.

I love mine, with the new software, that confirms both ways of the comunication, I know if I have a radio problem, which is not happening.

The only thing for me was I just had to get use to the feel of a new radio. All radios feel different and I used an R-1 for almost 2 years so it was wierd for a week or so but after that its all good now.

I ran mine now 4 times and no problems. This weekend will be my first touring car race outside so will see how it does this weekend. I don't expect anything but perfect performance like I have had so far.

I like the fact that Nomadio is programable and when they have new features you just download them for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How cool is that.
