Thanks mrodney and others for the quick replies.

I know I can buy the parts online somewhere, but in addition to the plastic parts, there is also the battery strap, the special bolts the strap fits over (and the clips snap through), etc.

So, if someone has all those pieces and is willing to toss them in a padded envelope and mail them to me for $6-8 I'd be happy.

Mrodney, hopefully I'm not being a pest here. I'd like this car to be ready to go Saturday 12/10, so I'd liek to get these parts in the next 10 days.

Thanks all.

may I suggest you order up a front diff while you're at it... I've had my evo3 for a couple of years and have yet to strip one of those gears...

The oneway and diffs are the same for both cars. Only the small gear is different.

I haven't bolted one in...but if all the rest of the diffs are the same...then a spool should work, too...right?

Any Evo III Users.
Im going to order some parts tonight and I want to know about the oneway gears. Im gonna order about 5 spare gears but I ant to help stop it stripping. Im going to order the LW Shaft and want some shims that will help e shim the oneway unit closer to the bevel gear to help prevent stripping it. Any help is appreciated in whats needed and what size shims I need (tamiya shims).
