With the likes of Xray, Yokomo, Tamiya and VBC does the TC7 comewith them, or as an option

The shocks were designed around "full length" springs, so your collection of other springs should work just fine!

OK, I took the sway bars apart again. The aluminum center sections were slightly too long and rubbing hard. I sanded the ends down with coarse sand paper followed up with a very fine sand paper to give it a nice finish. Now the sway bars rotate freely. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?

Not sure what this post actually meant!

As to your other question, yup, HPI springs should be absolutely fine.

I know Chris has used Yokomo springs and tried Xray short springs. So I think the message is that you should be able to use pretty much any spring!

The build is going awesome, taking my time and getting small steps done on my breaks and what not at work. The new plastics are awesome.. B5m quality. Not sure if it was carried over from the 6.2 but the way the caster/steering block connects without the caster bushing is great! My only "tip" so far is you are installing the DCV (#31632) read the instructions and install the 5x10x3 (not included) and not the included 5x10x4 .. I also slightly sanded the arms where the inner hinge pin goes in to free them up a little.. AWESOME KIT!

There's definitely something to that, mate.

I would have loosened up the bulkhead screws and moved them just a little to fix the rubbing. It's pretty easy to not get every thing lined up the first build.

I tried that twice. Unfortunately didn't work. Seems to me with the countersink heads, the bulkheads always find the same spot when you tighten them down again. A little sanding and now it's fine.

I think he is talking about DCJs in the front based on the cars listed...

And I do not believe that the TC7 comes with them in the box.

Correct, TC7 does not come with DCJ in the box.
