Running the +3 exotec rims on the back of the car....and proper shims with standard offset fronts opens up a decent tuning window as well.

I'm in the market for a new car and I'm really interested in this car. How is the durability? Has it been responsive to adjustments? How is the front end, very responsive or numb like the Tamiyas?

Hello,

It's really a good car! Easy to work on and you don"t need options(like Xray).
Pretty easy and fast out of the box.

You can find my setup for outdoor there : http://site.petitrc.com/reglages/roc...se_Genk201605/

on the manual, I read that the shim under the piston must be 2 mm. (#S10032)

Had a great day of practice with the car today. It was fast and consistent all day.Lots of stuff tested (crc old carpet) and I made a few tweaks to my setup.

A.E. #18 springs are now my "go to" front spring and I went from 30k in the tubes to 20k. Also on our new tighter layout -1.5 (was at -.5) front toe seemed to help with turn in. Able to run unglued crc front tires now. It's got a truckload of steering...but still drivable.
Lot's of comments on how my car looks "flat".

I would love to have a 0/1 camber plate...if any of our gang has the ability to produce such a piece.

Fantastic car.

Yes..the kit red standoffs can bend if you tap.
I had this happen.
The McMaster parts are more durable for sure.
I think Roche is going to address these parts anyway due to the ride height limitations (there was a Facebook post regarding this).

Nog-- depending upon where u got your kit -- it would have been included. Just sayin'

Its a 12mm standoff for 3mm screws. Roche also just released a 11.8mm red alloy standoff.
