try testlogger.info
I've made it there.
Many cool features in testlogger.info
I've been running preproduction car for quite long time and have experience of 13.5T blinky with GT body and 3.5 boosted & 6.5 blinky mod with LMP body.
Inline is the way to go, faster corner speeds and better speed out of the corner!

Teru,
Asking servo mfg. to make a servo for our 1/12 cars is crazy. Our market is so small I don't see that happening. You may want to rethink your direction and provide a car that people can get electronics to fit. If not you may want to state in your manual what servo you designed the car around. You may want to help people out a little rather than dodging the question.

I currently have an Associated 12R5.2, which is an older design now. What advantages would the Destiny have over it, particularly for asphalt racing (Mod)?
Are parts from other brands compatible (e.g. springs, height adaptors etc)?

The destiny is a very buttoned down and stable car in stock form. I haven't ran it in mod yet but I can tell from how it drives in 17.5 that it can easily take the power. I plan on testing it in 6.5 soon. It's very stable yet easy to tune to make it turn very well.

Does anyone know where i can get a pair or 2 of the sidelinks ? I still haven't found 1 ( not 1 ) website that carries parts for this car and its kind of disappointing. I know i can get front end parts at many different places but thats all i can find. Thanks

I finished 4th in Mod 1/12th at ROAR Carpet Nationals this past weekend, held at 360v2 in NYC. I am working to get an actual pdf setup sheet along with some pictures of my car, but here is a brief outline of my setup:
- VD-12 with 2.3mm alu chassis (same dimensions as stock) and hi-mod carbon pod
- JFT A32 fronts, A30 rears
- 5 degrees reactive caster, 5 degrees static caster
- -0.3 degrees camber
- 0.5mm front droop ORH
- AE .020 front springs, AE Olive side springs, Destiny Yellow center spring
- Center shock has AE 500 CST
- Damper tubes have Speed Merchant heavy (feels very thick, like 30k+)
- Rear width 172mm
- Protoform AMR
The car would have been faster if I ran AE .018 front springs and lighter tube lube with stiffer side springs, but I frankly couldn't drive the car consistently with that setup for eight minutes. As such, I went back to stiffer front springs to calm the car down a bit so I wasn't sending it thru the chicane every lap.
I still have some work to do to be on-pace with the likes of Donny, Keven, and Ray, but let's be honest - that is on me and not the car.
