Well, I guess you would get in the symantics of what is a part of the chassis, and what is a bumper. Regardless, please bring these concerns up in the ROAR Rule thread in the Chat Forum. We wil try to adress them in the appropriate comittee.

So i can run wheel dots if i dont cut out the center and pull the center in with the wheel nut.
