Big congrats to Korey Harbke for his amazing run in mod 1/12 at mile high this weekend. Your car and power package was amazing. Thanks for running the P12!

I had a great run in q3 of 13.5 that I wasn't able to replicate again... But I'm now super excited to run 1/12 on this new crc black carpet.

Tony Block put some solid runs in 17.5 and 13.5 1/12. Couldn't have done it with out you and Fairtrace this weekend...

We have figured some things out. Setup sheets coming in the next few days!

The car was awesome! I just need to mellow it out at the start so I don't need to make an exciting comeback! Setup should be up soon

Futaba 9650 works no problem. Mount it using the wings instead of the servo posts.

Does that still allow adjustment for akerman?

Long wheelbase up front with servo slid all the way back, the links are just about straight across. Plenty of room to push the servo forward for ackermann change. This is with XRay servo saver.

The S9650 fits very well, and sits on the right side of the car, which I prefer for weight distribution.

If you have the floating servo conversion you don't have to worry about it at all! I'd highly suggest the newly released Xpert Mi-3301 if you have the floating servo mount. It has the slightly strange output shaft offset similar to Savox, but they are ultra fast and strong!

I'm gonna go with the s9650 looks like I'll have to put some work on the rear pod mounts to mill down to get ride height for smaller tires

How small? Get the aluminum Roche rear pod. I think it's thinner than the carbon one. I think. I'll have to double check.

With out milling the rear pod, you can still run tires smaller than most cars on the market. I took off 0.7mm from mine, it also involves milling out the 'saddle' for the axle mounts to fit properly.

One thing to note when using 2mm lower pod plates (Roche aluminum or CF), the motor will hang below the bottom of the plate, so in-order to make proper legal ride height, you need to set the ride height at the plate higher, or shim the bulkheads so the motor is flush.

I didn't alter the pods, motor may hang down .25mm if that.
I run 1.61 to 1.58" tires, so ground clearance isn't an issue.
