Thanks for that, we really try to run the event like w club race. And like what we want from a big race. Seems like that resonates with other racers as well.

ok, so some thing that need to be talked about:

1. If you signed up and know you can't make the race, we are allowing refunds on entries until 5:00 pm MST on Wednesday March 4th. You will still be able to cancel your registration after then, but we will not be offering refunds. - we will have a waiting list based on entries that came in after the cap of 120 was reached. refunds will be given if you sign up to the waiting list and we don't have space.

2. class changes and additions/subtractions will be welcomed until the Friday April 17th, at 5:00 pm MST. we will be needing to get the heats set up and posted and will be closing registration at that time. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE ADDING OR CHANGING CLASSES, PLEASE DO SO A.S.A.P., this info is critical to us for things like ordering tires, budgeting time, and getting awards done.

3. Thursday club race will be limited to one entry per person, and will start at 5.pm., cost is $10.

4. we will be controlling practice friday, expect blocks of time for touring and pan cars, and possibly separate time for mod classes.

5. the goal is to have this race completed by 5pm on sunday so people can make flights that evening.....be prepared for early start times both days.

6. pitting requests and class changes should be directed to syndr0me, other questions please direct to either artwork, or myself.

7. track room pitting is reserved for race sponsors, and is very limited. most people will be pitting in the annex.

On behalf of all the racers from 5280, we are looking forward to hosting this great race, and want to thank you for the tremendous amount of support that you have shown, and thank you for making this the biggest Mile High Indoor Champs yet. See you all in a few weeks!

So.... we were thinking. Seattle RC Racers have our last club race of the season on Apr 18. We may as well have it at MHIC. Say, double points? We can work that in around the Stormer Lunch, can't we?

I think you need to do it balancing a pizza box on your head. Now that's a skill test... :P

Alright, got all the PMs replied to about pit requests, and working on updating the site with sponsor logs now. If you have class addition/change requests, or pitting requests, please send them my way ASAP.

Thanks again to everybody for the support. It was exciting to watch the entries flood in there at the end!

Just a reminder, refunds for cancelations will only be given if you cancel before Wednesday march 4th by 5 pm mountain time. we have people that still want to get in to the race, so if your not coming, and you know it, please let us know asap, as they will still need to make travel plans, plus you will be refunded.

Thanks

Worth mentioning again that we have an RC4 decoder, and that only AMB transponders will work. The clones (unless very new) will not work. You need genuine AMB just like any other major race these days. Be ready.

For those that would like more information on that, It's worth noting that the MRT (ns) has been out since July of 2013. You can tell if you have the (new system) version if it blinks twice on power up. and they work flawlessly with the RC4, its what we use here.

MRT came out with RC4 compatible clones. I've been using them for every RC4 race I go to and they work fine. Just make sure you have the latest version

Also worth mentioning..... If you don't have a lipo sack, don't bother coming to the race. Lipo sacks are 100% mandatory. if your battery is connected to a charger for any reason, it has to be in a lipo sack. You will be asked to leave if you do not abie by this rule. No tolerance.
