Well, that's a step forward anyhow.

I think it's time for someone to make a meme of Marc's famous comment.

The commentary said in one of the live feeds that the drivers felt the track was difficult to drive, due to bumby track with changing grip in different parts of the track.

Guess, under these conditions, true talent and the best chassis stand out.

Geez, it wasn't much to get upset over. Just seems to be normal language for him.

I just watched a little live, Groskamp running 2nd, Volker 4th in Q3.

Then..... Jiles traction rolls on the last lap.

When it rains, it pours I guess!

Yeah, I don't buy this kind of stuff. Track changing grip in some places but not others, etc. Did the bumps get bumpier and moved around a bit as well?

Which as it turns out, cost him overall TQ

3rd and 4th on the grid and MR took the last round TQ as well to make it 2/5 for the 419. 5 rounds, 5 different TQs - close racing.

Can't be too bad a chassis

Juan Aveytia 08-23-2014 09:09 AM

Where are you following the race?

How good can a car really be if they lose TQ to an Xray on asphalt?

Almost no play, less than stock plastics. Tons of clearance for DCJs. No need for the .7 shim. This may be the answer.
