Are the connectors just like the corrally connectors for batteries only for motors?

the motor connectors look very tempting however I tihnk the air scoop with the fan inside is a bit much, if you have to run that high gearing to be competitive surely you should invest in several spare motors first

Nah, it's a genius idea. I've always wanted to try out a 4.0 final drive in 19turn Now I could and not throw a wind or melt the comm But my car will weight about 50 more grams.

Stupid RC Car Part Number 1: The Popsicle Stick
Fig 1: Popsicle Stick

The popsicle stick was an object introduced to R/C way before many of us knew RC cars were raced competatively. This can be used as any number of things with absolutely no benifet except for the infamous Popsicle Stick Pan Car introduced in the mid '90s

Pretty sure everyone would agree that $90 a pop makes you feel stupid for buying one.

Been using them for about 4-5 months now.

They're great ! ....no more soldering wires to motor (If you're running V2, you'll know wat I mean)

But do be aware that they CAN get disconnected if hit from the side, they are better on the V2 as you can arrange them so that they wun fly out when T-Boned.

Spectrum will be a waste of money in a few years. When everyone gets spectrum, I'll be the only one left on crystals so I'll never have a fq. conflict, and I will have the $160 collecting interest in the bank
