Main areas to be kept well cleaned and lubricated with a good black grease (I like Xceed greases personally) are the driveshaft ends and drive cups really as well as silicone diff grease for ball diffs.

You have to be careful with oils and greases because certain ones can affect plastics and carbon fibre materials used in RC. As Panda says definitely no grease between the spur and pinion!

I just got Team Losi Racing Hi-Pressure Black Grease.
So, I can use it on each end of center drive-shaft and gears where they connect to drive-shaft, right?

Do not put grease on anything exposed. Only put it on things that are completely sealed. Dust and dirt sticks to the grease and turns it into an abrasive paste.
