Short shocks are around, only in black coat, non big bore form for now. 42273.

Re-reading the tamiya add/poster from Shizuoka it would appear you are correct. I've fixed my post to not be completely incorrect! the black coat ones are as per TB04 pro etc

I do hope they sell TRF short/big bore as a set. I want to try it on my TRF418. I just have short shock towers but no shocks to use.

they will definitely sell them, likely to come out as spares for the EVO and hop up for TA06/TB04/TRF418 at the same time. Likely to come just after the EVO release.

Personally, I hope they come out with a new shock tower for the old shocks....

If they dont, maybe the tb03 cf towers would work?

They do, but you don't get the "split" holes.

Are there no "L-shaped" battery holders?

Received the Evo 6 today, but have been so busy I have not had time to properly look at it! At least the box is pretty!

Anyway, I posted the setup sheet and parts listing now (you'll notice no part numbers for new damper parts yet). That will have to do until I have time to look closer and build the chassis. Will post a full build of it on my blog later.

Oh, the motor mount is a really beautiful part too
