Front from bottom..Actually Body clip to secure body to car is 5th hole and rear is 4th hole up..Thats Body pin location..The hindge is 1 hole lower. No, Body is cut just above body cut line...Body's have 5.5-6mmm front bumper still. Bodies as mounted do pass tech no issues.

Ok heres a picture of my set up you might have to zoom in to read the numbers but you should be able to read them
I started out with kevens set up a great start the car just had WAY too much traction especially in the rear
Also I had some spec r body posts that i slightly modified to run in the front so ill have plently of room to mount my new body

Just getting back into racing and looking to pic up the TC6.2. I see a lot of used 6.1's and plan to mainly do club racing VTA or 17.5 class. I was also looking at the Xray t4-14 but it seems a but pricey and this car looks fantastic from what I've read on here so far.
Is it better to just spend a bit more for the 6.2 or pick up a used older model?

Set your body height (roof line as low as possible/within rule limit). Then trim body until it no longer rubs on the track.

Ok, let me get it out and toss a battery and body on it.

Here ya go. Not a 6.2. But I race with Tag and I have a friend wanting a 6.2.

ya looks like you just cut it along the lines that come from the factory, from the pic im surprised that the front of your car doesnt rub... looks pretty low, but anyway i heard cutting the rear portion of the body after the rear wheel actually controls some sort of handling affect anyone know about it?
