When you see a new thread created by some random person because they think it's cool to be the one to create the thread for a product they are in no way associated with other than being a consumer.

Well if that all that we need to do to get the car released than damn get on it! Maybe I'll start the thread, cuz I want to be the cool one.....

If random people that think they are cool to be the one to create the thread for a product they are in no way associated with other than being a customer, didn't create threads than we all wouldn't really have this forum.....its kinda one of the reasons it's here. Maybe you could talk to the non random people that are associated with the product to create threads so that the random people that are in no way associated with said product other than being a customer don't have to <---------happy face

2mm CF front body post mount for X1. $10 USD, I am beginning production tomorrow, I will probably only do batches of 20. Unless interest justifies larger runs. Message me if you want one, or 2 lol

XRAY X1 2016

What's new - compared to the "old X1"?
- NEW floating servo mount (including graphite servo mount, graphite suspension mount, alu steering post, alu mount)
- NEW link tube side dampers (including graphite rear brace, link tubes and rods, rear graphite damper stay)
- NEW front damper stay
- NEW rear wing
- NEW body

So I guess no new X12 '16 rear pod setup. Guess we find out tomorrow.

That's a shame if it doesn't have it. I really like the new rear pod on the X12'16

I dont see any point in changing the X1 rear pod. X12's may look nice but I dont think it is as stron as X1.

I like the ride height changes you can make with the X12's design. Thinking about it some more though, I guess if you race on rubber tires, ride height doesn't come into play as much (as compared to foam tires).

Exactly. It would have only brought additional complexity and weakness without any actual benefits.

Looks like the parts for the floating servo mount might address the tweak issue - sure would be nice to not have to buy a whole new car!

Hmm, appears to be much better than Montech - Xray solution looks like it will reduce tweak - fingers crossed.
