Anyone experienced abit of excessive tightness for the steering rack? Mine is having issues centering back to neutral, be it with servo saver or direct servo horn. Have loosen the top deck stiffener, and same issue too.

Disconnect the servo and check for binding. If the steering rack is binding. Go thu it and find the problem. You may have built it wrong. If its not binding, it's your servo or servo saver

I am pretty sure I know the answer but just in case...
I am currently running the TB03 ring gear and Evo4 drive gear in the gearbox of my TB04. My car was noticable quieter and of course it makes spur and pinion optons easier for 17.5 motors. Now the question: Is it TCS legal to run the Evo4 small gear in the TB04 gearbox? I suspect the answer is no since the face of the Evo4 gear needs to be shaved down a bit to get the e-clip on but I am still hoping...

Have tried 2 different servo. Same issue. Removed servo and try by hand. Seems that it would be tight only near full lock. Have loosen the top stiffener abit, and seems to be still tight. If remove the top stiffener, then is ok. Now servos are on direct horn, no servo saver.
Both steering block is ok. Can have full movement though
