Default Zirconia Oxide diff balls

Has anyone tried the Zirconia Oxide 3/32 diff balls, come across them on ebay but have also seen that boca are selling them also, not sure how they would differ from your usual ceramic coated balls?

if anyone has any useful info, would be appreciated.
