There isn't any racing today, just practice. Same with tomorrow. Qualifying and Invite on Saturday, Mains and Invite on Sunday.

I'll start things off with a pic of Rick Hohwart's brand new Tamiya car.

Looks like Barry might be running a Brushless?

Here are the twin Hot Bodies Cyclones of Atushi Hara. He is using a good practice strategy -- two identical cars, he preps them the same with different setups, and hits the track. As the announcer calls the 2:30 mark, he pulls one off and his pit man flips the second car on, so he can feel any changes to the car's setup.

Yes, he did run a production version of the LRP Sphere combo in the first practice round. No idea if he is planning to stick with it or not.

hmm that tam looks like a standard 415... but with evo4 style bulkheads. My guess is to allow better acess to diffs and the drivetrain.

Looking at it i doubt the drivetrain is any lower than standard... Looks like just new the top deck and bulkheads to lower the CoG (in line with the cyclone and BD). Also no chassis posts, I assume the car is considered stiff enough without them..
