What motor and ESC?
With the HW V3, and MuchMore 4.5t, I'm running 114spur and 26pinion, which gives 7.89FDR.
This is with 20° on the motor, and the using 22° of boost, and 20° of turbo on the ESC.

in regards to the castor block bolt fix, how much filing does the aftermarket bolt need (.5mm, 1mm etc..)?

also how does the granger kit ashpalt setup compare to the hofer stnadard asphalt setup?

I just did the castor block m4x14 bolt fix. It felt like the end of the screw was hitting the cva axle so I dremeled less than .5mm off and it's all good.

I have run my car only in rear motor, don't have the mid-motor conversion, and probably wont get it until I build up a stock class car.
Do you have a copy of your setup, can suggest some things to try to gain the steering then.

For littlehampton, it would be worth get hold of Antoni Caretti, or Peter Dooley... both I believe are running there in preperation for the nats, so should be able to give you some advice on gearing and speedo setup

I'm having good luck with mid-motor running relatively soft (Yoko pink & blue) and flat links. No spacers under the arm screws. Only saucing rears it doesn't want to roll badly and the speed seems good and steering is great. That being said, Adam is having a lot of luck with a relatively stiff setup and rear motor. I'll post up the final setups when I get to my laptop at home next week.
