just to show some pictures to the TA05 owners.....
if you think to install the mamba max esc, you might also choose the GM BL motor....... I've got it (GM 7,5T motor-3800kv) and it is a very good setup.......smooth and easily drivable, exceptional torque, now using with 6:1 final ratio

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what would be the best tire combination and the difference between compounds. The weather would be about 28 degrees celcius outside, not sure what the track temps would be. I have a problem where the car spins out off power, i have tried almost all setup changes i can, even running what the fast guys are, but they wont tell me what compounds they are using
Whats the difference between

Type A
Type B
B3

Which would be best to run in conditions mentioned above.

Does anyone also know of a good / cheap online shop that sells m03 spares ?

Thanks

Unless it is about 40 celsius outside, no reason to use B2 tires. I would go with the B3 compounds, but their life is short.

I was wondering if the direct center pulley from the 415 will work in the TA05? What do people use for the center pulley on an outdoor asphalt track and running a spool up front?

Hey guys,

I thought i would post a link to a video of a friend and I ripping his TA-05 up on a offroad track. The car acutally worked really well, it was surpising. After 4 battery pack and numerous crashes. All that was broken was a rear shock tower.

enjoy...

That is amazing! Reminds of what RC Car Action did to this HPI Pro 2 in RC Touring Cars 2005. Nice job!
